A.B.J's Ann Fred Leapchew served with the RCMP as a police service dog for four years.  He was outstanding in tracking and searching.

     Fred was sired by Gail Don's Leapchew, who served with the RCMP until his death. Fred has sired Blitz O'Halloran Leapchew, the Department of Natural Resources police dog in Newcastle, New Brunswick.

     He is the grand sire of Jet and Jake, two males presently in the RCMP program.
